Resident Questionnaire
When new development takes place, the developer has to pay CIL to recognise that more housing places a bigger strain on community infrastructure. Buckden is currently receiving payments for Lucks Lane and will receive further funding should the Silver Street development proceed. The total amount we will receive is therefore unclear but will be in the region of £700k should the development go ahead.
We are however keen to understand your priorities.
