June 7th-15th is Big Green Week; to celebrate the work being done by residents of the village to make Buckden “greener”, our Greener Buckden Eco Fair will be showcasing what we are already doing and showing us more ways in which we can help to increase biodiversity and restore natural habitats. Be that through picking up litter, recycling and reducing waste, growing our own fruit and veg, saving energy and water, preserving soil structure and many more small, but really important, behaviours that are part of our every day lives.
There will be a number of displays celebrating our natural world and which will provide information about how we can all become involved. You can put your garden on our Community Nature Reserve Map of the Village and there will be Craft and other activities for children and adults alongside the following exhibits

Our exhibitors will be located in the Millard Suite from 1.30 – 4.30 p.m. on June 7th. Please pop in to see them and enjoy some refreshments from the Repair Café whilst you browse.
