This is now complete and ready for submission to HDC for consultation and inspection. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we have been advised by HDC that consultation may be difficult, and a referendum will not be possible until May 2021.
This is extremely disappointing as, should the Silver Street development be approved before our plan is final the amount of CIL funding the village will receive will be significantly reduced. We have referred this matter to our MP and District Councillor.
