We have been advised of further road closures on the A1 and the Roundabout tonight. From experience on Tuesday night the signing is poor.
The closures have been put in place at very short notice in order to both repair the bridge damaged in the recent crash at Little Paxton and to undertake surveys at the roundabout.
We have limited detail of exactly what is planned.
National Highways have apologised for the confusion in some areas on Tuesday night but the work is urgent and will continue.
