Good Afternoon
I wanted to make you aware that Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough are looking to recruit volunteer Community Researchers from the Peterborough, Fenland and Huntingdonshire areas of North Cambridgeshire. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team listening to the views of local people and making recommendations to improve care.
Our Community Researchers will help co-design and co-produce three health related projects over the next 18 months to 2 years and help co- produce a report for each project which will be presented to commissioners. By taking part, they will help make a real difference to the services people receive.
Full details about the project and how to apply to become a Healthwatch Community Researcher are available on our website.
We are looking to recruit people from each of the PCN’s in North Cambridgeshire and to do this we will need your help. Attached to this email is a toolkit for promoting the project, a copy of the volunteer role description, a poster and a leaflet.
Please share widely with your networks and please do get in touch if you need any further information.
Best wishes,
Karen Igho
