| NEW BUSINESS GRANT FUND LAUNCHED – APPLY NOW or RISK MISSING OUT !
In May of this year, we wrote to Huntingdonshire businesses informing them of a new grant fund provided by the CPCA which resulted in hundreds of applications being submitted.
As a result, our local businesses received an additional £1.6 Million of grant money in addition to the £30 Million of Central Government grants which Huntingdonshire District Council supplied in response to Coronavirus.
TODAY, A NEW GRANT SCHEME* providing grants from between £1,000 to £3,000 has launched and is open for applications, courtesy of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA)
*Businesses in the Tourism and Visitor Economy sector should apply for a Kickstarting Tourism grant, while businesses from other sectors should apply for a Restart & Recovery grant.
THE TOTAL GRANT FUNDING POT IS ONLY £360,000 meaning only a limited number of businesses across 12 districts will be awarded a grant.
